BIM & IOT For Construction

3D MODELLING -  We Generate 3D Models from the Contract Drawings. Coordinated models using BIM allow our clients to analyze possible interference among all building systems. Clash Detection can be done virtually thus saving money in Field on labor & material.

CLASH COORDINATION - Computer models are used to validate designs and coordinate systems. Clash Detection Tool is used to notify all the parties/trades about the potential conflicts. These Clashes/Conflicts can be resolved virtually in the Model vs out in the Field.

BILL OF MATERIALS (BOQ) -  BIM Process provides an excellent opportunity to calculate the BOQ/BOM. The Quantity take-off can be generated from the well-coordinated models. Our software (REVIT, CAD MEP & MEP Fabrication) produces the take-off Sheets in Excel/PDF directly from the Model.

SHOP DRAWINGS - The conceptual designs and specifications are coordinated into BIM model & Shop Drawings are produced out of this Model. These Shop Drawings are the outcome of the well-coordinated BIM Process; these can be used to start the layouts in the field & Construction can be done using the information in the SHOP DRAWINGS.
